PCB makers HannStar Board and GCE to see utilization rates stand high in 2H09

Notebook PCB makers HannStar Board and Gold Circuit Electronics (GCE) both expect to see their utilization rates stand high in the second half due to shipment outlooks released by notebook makers, including Quanta Computer and Asustek Computer, according to the companies.
