Default ALiveNF6P-VSTA startup delay

Is anybody have this problem. Until install of chipset drivers there was no delay in windows startup. After installation, there is delay of about 45 seconds. After that time computer works perfect. I try latest nvidia chipset drivers, and latest BIOS, but problem stay.

I have the same problem with a Foxcoon board socket 939 with this chipset.

The board is WinFast 6150BK8MC.

I build a computer with this board using Phenom 9850 there is no delay. Try adding a 8 series Nvidia PCIe card, it might work better. I have a 8600GT running on 3 minitors. The machine twice as fast 939 CPUs.

Don't install the Chipset driver, please use the latest GeForce driver from Nvidia e.g 181.22. It works much better than the chipset drive that comes will the support CD.
