Wireless@SG with Icell, Qmax ,Singtel is half ready

Our Singapore based editor send us word about the countrywide WIFI project in Singapore. According to his findings, most of the access points at public areas do not work. The ones that work are those former AP at fast food restaurants or libraries. It is strange that the project is rushed without proper implementation. The free service will be extended to 3 yrs till yr 2009.
