This is the Digidock SP-4200 Telephone Adaptor and can do the following :

Incoming PSTN call.
Incoming Skype call.
Skypeout call (PC to Phone) from PSTN phone.
Skype call with speed dial from PSTN phone.
Multiple parties phone conference.
HDD voice mail (WAV).
HDD one touch conversation recording.
Non-intrusive audio setting, does not channel music into PSTN phone.
USB power, no other adaptor required.
Firmware upgrade function.
Incoming call hold and switch between PSTN and Skype.
