I have a K7S5A and 512 MB DDR. I'm frustrated with this TB 850. The system is not stable even at 866 (6.5*133). When flashed the latest BIOS, the situation got worse, it restarted and restarted itself. However, I use a Duron 800. I ran stably at 933 (7*133). I guess it was caused by the bugs in this old CPU.

Should anyone using TB850, please give me some advice.

you know what u should do?? either try raisin the Multiplier to 8.5 and run it at 100/133 or 100/100 if u life. 8.5 x 100 will get u 850mhz. equivalent to ur tbird 850...no!?
it's a suggestion... i'm not sure this is safe... some else give some opinions..

I have brought a XP 1700+ and it runs smoothly. Now planning to modify the multiple to 12.5x (ie 2000+). I think to cut the bridges may be good for me.
