gut my Asrock K7s8x a couple of days ago, i almost freaked out when bios revision 1.20 gave me 1000/900, after some upgrades, and turning to the latest resonable bios (1.43A)the memory timings improved, but still i feel they are a bit low, a 1000mhz Athlon Thunderbird C (133mhz FSB) running at 133/133 in cas 2.5 giving 1646/1563

thats a bit low isnt it ? or maybe thats all the bandwidth a athlon thunderbird would give, i know that the cpu is limiting the board from reaching its full potencial, but i also have a feeling this board isnt giving 100%,

btw, is 21.8ms access time for a hard drive correct ? it seems a bit high, i have a seagate baracuda 4 ata 100 5200 RPM
