Micro ATX Mobo - does it have full features as a full atx mobo, ie overclocking feat. but with less pci slots and ram banks.

coz im thinking on buying the asus ps333 mobo but i could save alot of money buyin the mini atx version instead of its full atx version, but im not quite sure if it would also have same overclocking features and all the good stuff the full atx mobo has.

Usually the micro atx boards don't have as many features as the regular atx boards do. The only way to be sure is to find some reviews and find out on your own.

Usually the micro-boards lack only pci slots and maybe one memory socket over their big brothers. Otherwise, they possess the same chipset and overclock features of that chipset. If you can live with only 4 pci, 2 mem sockets and no AMR/CNR slot, save some cash and go micro.
