Since I have 1.48 bios on my K7S8X and seems that 1.43a is the fastest, I would like to have the 1.43a timings without flashing again. Could someone please use WPCREDIT and save the chipset registers for me. Thanks. Send to my email (part at netc dot pt)

I won't be possible.
The maximum stable settings will depend on your FSB/Memory speed, and you memory capability at that speed. One would run 2-2-2-5, while other 2.5-3-3-6...
You have to download WPCREdit, sis735 pcr file, find out what are your best stable settings and use WPCRSet with these settings.

I think he means a screenshot of WPCREDIT with all of the register settings visible on-screen WPCredit can also export the settings in a text file, which you can then manually apply on another machine

IMHO a screenshot of my settings won't be helpful.
Every setup (board, memory, CPU) has different overclocking potential, and what works for me doesn't have to work for somebody else.
The best way to go is to try it by yourself.

Piotras, but if I see the differences between my registers and the aggressive 1.43a bios, I will know which bytes to tweak instead of trying on a lot of useless ones...

Is there a significant difference between the 1.43a and the 1.47 ? I don't think there is, stick with the 1.47

OK mate,
I've just flashed to the 1.43a BIOS. I'll do a dump of the WPCREDIT registers, then re-flash back to the 1.47 and do another dump of the registers for comparison.
Here they are, I haven't compared them yet.
1.43a

I do not like the 1.43a - my machine takes twice as long to boot into XP with this. 1.47 is great

Differences (but do check):
Register 1.43a 1.47
82- 30 32
AO 02 - 88 87
AO 03 - 08 15
BO 01 - 08 00
50 OD - C3 D3
70 OF - 00 44
FO OC - 04 03
FO OD - 09 0A
50 OD looks important - something about DRAM refresh. 1.47 sets it at 7.8us, 1.43a sets it at 15.6us - wonder what this is....

SDRAM memory cannot maintain the information, like CMOS, or FLASH memory does. After a certain amount of time the low/high bits are fading out. In order to keep the data it has to be permanently rewritten, or refreshed.
1.47 bios refreshes memory more frequently, every 7.8us, while 1.43a every 15.6us.
AFAIR is saw in DDR memory datasheets, that contemporary DDR memory should be refreshed every 7.8us. Older SDR SDRAM were refreshed every 15.6us.
Refreshing memory takes time, when the memory content is refreshed no memory transfers are possible. The difference is about 10-15MB/s in sandra, in favor of 17.6us of corse (less frequent refresh).
