Does anyone know, whether the CPU fan speed is controlable on Asrock K7s8x mainboards?
I can read temperatures and speeds, but not change them.

Thx in advance

AFAIK, no, the fan speed is not controllable by software on any ASROCK mainboard.

That is an absolute fact, there is no way to software control fans because the Asrock folks did not include any way to do it when the boards were designed...IMO, if you really need to control the fans buy or build a fanbus, ain't that hard to do, and yeah, it would have been nice if it could be controlled with software, but hey, we are talking about a budget board, I really like them the way they are because of the price, if I wanted all the extras I would have bought an ASUS board and paid the higher price for it....course, the way I go through boards it wouldn't be worth it, and IMO, if you save money by going with an Asrock product then it was money well saved.
