I hope I am not repeating an old question here… I am pretty new to this site.

I am in the process of building a new machine: Soyo P4I Fire Dragon, P4 1.6A, 512MB 2100 DDR, and so on… I see a lot of messages about O/C the CPU but none really explains how to do it… any good site for that? Did anyone do it with Soyo P4I? Since SOYO posted an important BIOS upgrade, should I flash the BIOS before I install XP?
