Modified Nvidia 28.32 Drivers That Work With Nvidia Refresh Rate Fix (XP & 2000 ONLY)

This is a completely professional job. Everything works--changing refresh rate and making registry changes to vary clock speed with coolbits2k. I wonder if future nVidia releases will all need such customizing.

It's a great board, but don't plan on a fast download! (It seems comparable to ECS in Taiwan, at least when it's evening in Europe.) Also, the board is in French and I could not find a way to make it "speak" English. No problem, though.
