It's ard 90US. The retailers in the computermarts are charging the same amt here. or even higher.

K7S5A seems quite hard to hunt in Singapore.
or rather it has been hunted till out-of-stock?
Hardware shops in Singapore usually sells cpu+mobo+hsf combo while buying cpu alone will cost a bit more.
