I am going to upgrade from a soyo kt 400 dragon to one of these boards. I would like to hear from anyon who has an opinion on wich is better for ocing and performance stability etc. thanks.

Abit Nf7-s (rev 2.0) no doubt!

-Goes over 220 FSb no mods
-Active cooling in the NorthBridge
-Has SoundStorm

Only had experience of the Abit out of the 2 you mentioned so cant say that the Abit is the best. What I can say though is the EPOX would have to be one hell of a mobo even to come close to the NF7-S V2.
