Default AsRock X48 Turbo Twins-WiFi problem after CPU upgrade

Hello!
Recently I moved to the new CPU E6750 (I have E2140 and it works correctly on PC actual configuration). I have the problem with my PC when I install the CPU (E6750). The regular BSOD is generated. When I install the Windows 7, the installation process is going in the loop:
1. computer restarts
2. runs scandisk
3. starts PC, generates error that that installtion is corrupted
When I restart the PC, it shutdowns it, waits for 3-5 seconds, then starts.
Please help to solve the problem.
