asrock K10N78 motherboard overclocking

Hello all!

I am trying to find out peopples experiances with overclcoking this board. I am running an amd quad phenom 2 black edition 3.2 ghz and I currently have 6 gb of pc-2 5300 ram. I have an air cooled system but i would liquid cool it before i would attempt overclcoking the board. Would like to know your settings/voltages/multiplyer etc..
