First, I suggest your recheck all of your cables. Second, ensure that your motherboard screws are properly installed, if certain parts of the mobo come in contact with the case (i.e, are grounded), nothing will work. I suggest you check out some sites like www.pcmech.com or www.tomshardware.com for full instructions on computer building. Also, make sure that your power supply is set for the appropriate voltage on the back.

make sure power chord is not only plugged into power supply but also into a functioning power source..read manually carefully in regards to plugging in power and reset switches...check power supply on another system to verify it works...and make sure power supply plugged into motherboard correctly...you can try taking a jumper from off of back of cdrom and manually switching power on by just touching the 2 power switch pins on mobo, but just dont leave jumper on pins..touch and then pull off and see if maybe the case switch is bad or not... Set your power supply voltage to 115 or 110V. Its on the back. Set the rocker switch to "I" position and connect it to working wall outlet.

Make sure your board is connected to PS and short out the power on pins with a screw driver. It should fire right up. If not something's wrong with your PS or ECS board.
