We reserve the right to update the lucky draw system at any time if it deems any future circumstance warrant such a decision.
We make no warranty in any respect as to any rewards. Under no circumstances will the lucky draw prizes be refunded or exchanged for cash.
All prizes and products are subject to availability. ASRock reserves the right to change the products, prizes and lucky draw chances required at any time.

We will contact non-responsive winners 3 times via email. If the winner does not contact us within 7 days following the date of the 3rd email they will forfeit the prize. Another winner will be drawn.
