Default G.Skill TridentX F3-2400C10D-8GTX DDR3 19200 Dual Channel Memory Kit

G.Skill TridentX DDR3 kit, designed for extreme overclockers and PC enthusiasts, represent the best in class memory product for 3rd generation Intel Core Processors and for Intel IVy Bridge Z77 platform, which supports intel latest XMP 1.3 technology.

Memory speed has rocketed to far and beyond 2400MHz. In this personal review, looking at a 2x4GB 8GB kit of Trident-X memory 2400MHz and latency timings of 10-12-12-31-2T. At these frequency and timings, the maximum voltage requires is 1.65volts and is within the Intel specifications.

The Trident-X 2400Mhz memory modules have a fiery red finned heatsink on top. Making it very attractive, but becareful of the sharp edges. You need to push down and slot the ram using both fingers at both sides. Is not that difficult, but if 4 sticks were to slot in, it will be a little bit challenging but manageable. The center fin is flat.

2 sets of different 2400Mhz rams, same but different density on each sides :)
Enjoy! Hoot Ah!

3DMK11 physics test.
The dedicated Physics Test uses intensive rigid-body physics simulation on the Processor to measure your computer's processing power. Memory speed plays a part in the process.

2400Mhz dual channel, 2x4GB.
Score 12409

2600Mhz set at bios and boot-up beautifully on Msi Z77A-GD55...Nice Board!
Score 12540, a mere 131 points extra. Will set you apart in a Championship :)

Hyperpi uses all the core and allows selecting multiple threads of SuperPi to be run at the same time so you can test the stability on multi-core machines.
TridentX 2400Mhz run.

Push to 2600Mhz and loose timing to boot-up, very nice ram indeed!!!
1.15Vtt and 1.05 for imc...1.659Vdimm...just run as it is, not tune.
