Supox Mainboard AK790+ GTR - CMOS Settings wrong?

I have an imported Suopx-Mainboard AK790+ GTR here, which was unfortunately never properly running from the beginning. In the board is an AMD Phenom II X4 940 Black Edition, 4x 3 GHz. When starting the Computer I receive a beep-beep and the message "CMOS settings wrong". Running the setup of the AMI BIOS V 02.61 and saving optimal default ends up in not longer starting and a stop at POST-Code 88. Same effect with loading failsafe defaults. Only after removing und putting back the battery the computer starts again without hanging at POST-Code 88. That gives another chance to enter the BIOS-Setup.

Is there a BIOS setting which helps me to avoid this ending up in POST-Code 88? Is the mainboard not running properly with the AMD Phenom II?

I have also tried to start the computer with a cheap AMD Sempron 3000+ 1,6 GHz CPU for a proper start and have a chance to flash the bios for the Phenom-Processor, but it seems that the AM2+ board don't like the Sempron-CPU. Because starting with a Sempron inside leads into the effect that only POST-Code 88 is shown and that's all.

What is the solution to bring the Supox-Mainboard AK790+ GTR propoerly to run with an AMD Phenom II X4 940 Black Edition, 4x 3 GHz?

At first I would check what the 88 post code means. It should be written somewhere.
Secondly I would check the boards CPU support list - most manufacturers have such lists.

And at last I would check how the board works with other memory stick.

I would be also better to know full computer specs.
