I am not sure what you mean by a "Good Ripper" and since nothing is "Free" I would suggest the Yamaha CRW-F1. It has a great 8 meg buffer and excellent buffer underrun protection.

Default Anyone know where i can get a GOOD cd ripper?

I could find no freeware program that would fully satisfy my needs. So I bought a program called AudioConverter Studio (http://www.mymusictools.com/rippers_...r_studio_2.htm) and never regretted it. Its advantage is the high speed conversion and the ability to rip CDs to all popular audio formats. Moreover, the program converts audio files into different formats. You can also go to http://www.mymusictools.com/rippers_encoders_11/ where you can find useful similar software.
