Hi all...
My P3B-F runs with a P3-800EB.
Problem:
When using PC133 SDRAM (several brands tested)
i can only squeeze the fsb to 124 = 744MHz.
I got one old stick of PC-100, a 128MB...
With the PC-100 i can run stable at 150MHz fsb,
but with the PC-133 it doesn't post at fsb=133!?!!?!!
It's not funny to be a underclocker!!!
Please help...
Note: Tried all ras/cas & MB-settings possible allready... No result...

I had a similar problem with my a7v mbo.
I don't know why but through clearing cmos and use of the dip switches it suddently worked at the wanted frequence.
If your board has dip switches try them and see if it helps.

I believe there is an undocumented jumper to change the voltage going to the Ram. Try upping the voltage or if you have already done that try reducing it.

Update your Bios to a very late one > www.asuscom.de has the latest .
Boot with 100/100 and check SPD_EEPROM from SDRAM module with CTSPD or other kind of memorytestprogram .
