A while ago, I install an Athlon Thunderbird CPU on a K7S5A motherboard. I remember that quite a lot of force was needed to install the heatsink and fan on the CPU. Now I want to replace this CPU with an Athlon XP 2400+ CPU. Can you guys give me any tips on removing the old heatsink and fan from the motherboard. Is a lot of force needed again to remove the heatsink or do they come off easily. Is there any tool (screwdriver?) that can help me remove the old headsink and install the new one?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
