I have one, i got mine to 1.61ghz in windows although cooling didnt allow stable operation. having said that, my friend brought one along with a coolermaster heatpipe - exact same chip code, as brought from same place. Got it to 1.73ghz.
Id' be willing to exchange for a similar chip.
Although UK only.

I got one too, works fine but not in my K7S5A, (needs resistor fix), also got an XP1800+ if anyone is intersted!
